Potential for 57%+ physical mitigation and 50%+ protection while keeping outstanding DPS.
The DPS from the Pact proc alone is actually more DPS than Blood for Aid V.
My Specs for Comparisson:
55.5%mitigation in full DPS mode
16.2% crit chance
8.9% hate
Gear:
Black Dragon Helm
Black Dragon Wrists
Black Dragon Belt
Black Dragon Hands
General's arm guards of the Battlements
Tiger's leg guards of the roaring jungle
Ring of the Python
Khitai Quest Ring
Weapon, Shield and Cape to suit the situation
Protection necklace when needed, DPS Necklass for normal fights.

Okay, im giving it a shot, i tweaked just 2 points i think to go ahead and unlock enhanced soul covenants too. I don't quite have the gear you do but when needed my physical hits about 54.5 and magical around 45

Drew and I used this build with each of us adding our own mitigation flavor while keeping the same DPS feats and ended up with both of us in or near the top 10 for the raid. The first fights before the bosses killed our DPS was between 1000 and 1300 DPS. Still VERY sturdy with this build, Drew easily survived a double DOT. Both of us were putting out some very impressive DPS numbers. Drew had one combo in excess of 18k damage (3rd highest) and I had a single crit of a combo for over 2900dmg. This build would tear apart the add in Thoth. Solo tanking Yag...Drew will have to tell me how it works but for me my focus was T3 and this build is more than capable of tanking anything it throws at us.

Drew solo tanked yag easily with just me as a healer. not sure what spec he was using but I assume it is what yall currently use in T3. Granted, I am no normal healer  lol |

I agree Drew what works for T3 won't necessarily work for Yag. In T3 you never solo tank so you can lower your mitigation a lot in order to add more DPS without necessarily ruining your ability to take the occasional hit. If you expect to get beat on as a solo tank then I highly suggest you go with a tank heavy, dps moderate build. With this build I WAS, however, able to do about 600DPS with 57.2 mitigation, 13-14% crit chance, 15,200 hps and 9.5% hate on the last run of the night when it became apparent Drew and I were going to get hit...ALOT by the Keeper. 57.2 and 52.5% is alot but I could have easily gotten to 58-ish and at least 57% protection (not at the same time of course) going full tank spec.
